My primary responsibility is to ensure that every event runs smoothly, from the initial planning stages to the final execution. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, I lead a dedicated team of professionals who share my passion for creating magical moments.
One of the greatest joys of my job is witnessing love stories come to life at Rushpool Hall. Each couple brings a unique narrative, and being a part of that journey is incredibly rewarding.

Hi, I’m Shelby one of the Wedding Coordinators at Rushpool Hall.
In my role as a Wedding Coordinator, I make sure everything runs seamlessly – from guests being seated for the ceremony to the cake cutting and first dance. My goal is to ensure each couple can truly soak in every moment of their special day, creating memories they’ll cherish for a lifetime. To me, that’s what being a Coordinator is all about – helping our couples enjoy every second and playing a part in the beautiful memories they’ll carry with them forever.
One of my favourite moments of a wedding is when the wedding couple see each other for the first time during the ceremony, for me this is such a precious moment! My favourite song that gets everyone on the dancefloor has got to be ‘We Found Love’ by Rihanna!

I’m Lauren and I have the honour of being a part of the Wedding Coordinator team at Rushpool Hall.
I love being able to create beautifully orchestrated days for my couples, giving them the freedom to be fully present with their loved ones and to soak in every second of their day. From the moment we begin planning, I’ll be there to answer all questions, manage schedules and take care of every detail, big and small.
My favourite first dance song will always be, ‘Wonderful Tonight’ by Eric Clapton.

My goal is to make the planning process seamless, enjoyable, and tailored entirely to you – so your wedding is everything you’ve dreamed of and more.
My favourite part of Rushpool Hall is how effortlessly it brings everything together in one place. The venue has a timeless charm that suits all kinds of wedding styles, whether you’re planning something traditional or more relaxed.

I have the pleasure of welcoming newly engaged couples to Rushpool Hall and helping them through the exciting first steps of planning their wedding. From our initial chat to touring each space – whether it’s the elegant ballroom, sunlit conservatory, or that stunning view – I help them imagine how their special day could look and feel.
With a mix of experience, intuition, and genuine passion, I tailor every tour to reflect each couple’s unique story. And when the happy tears come (and they often do!), I’m always right there sharing the moment. It’s truly magical to help dreams start taking shape.

As the Estate Manager here at Rushpool Hall I take care of the vast grounds, as well as the maintenance and compliance at this amazing venue.
As an outdoorsy chap, I particularly enjoy the work on the grounds as I’m constantly surrounded by nature. My favourite part of the venue is the view down the valley towards the sea.
